It is the first time for Thinkhome to participate in China (Foshan) International Ceramic & Bathroom Products Exhibition (CICPE). What is their view on the exhibition economy? What is the expectation for CICPE in 2019?


On November 23, "CICPE and CICEE & Ceramic Celebrity Talk" visited the showroom of Thinkhome and interviewed Mr. He Cuigang, General Manager of Thinkhome to listen to Mr. He's views on the exhibition economy and the "Orient CERSAIE" held in Foshan. 






A、After returning from Italy, there is also a platform for display in Foshan



Host: It is understood that Thinkhome has participated in CICPE 2019, isn’t it?


Mr. He: Yes, it is.


Host: What are your expectations for participating in CICPE 2019? What strategy do you base on?


Mr. He: Foshan ceramic tiles occupy an important position in the world. CICPE (held in Foshan) is a good opportunity for everyone (ceramic enterprises) to create and perform.

Every year we go to Italy to visit ceramic exhibitions and return in Foshan, we also have such a platform, so that every company can show itself on the platform. This is what we want – show innovation and creativity in a high-level display platform.




B、A four-day exhibition is different from a 365-day showroom



Host: Will you have more inspiration of innovation and creativity in this process?


Mr. He: Yes. As we all know, there are countless showrooms in Foshan so many people are asking why we have to boast four days of exhibition economy in a year instead of the 365-day showroom economy. I think this is a phenomenon reflecting that the entire industry is mature. There is a difference between exhibition and showroom, because displaying products to customers and friends in a concentrated time and in a designated place can help them to understand the tonality, positioning and products of enterprises better. Therefore, I think it is a mature.

C、Display in 4 days, opportunities and challenges coexist


Host: Do you think it is a big opportunity or a big challenge for Thinkhome to display your image to experts and peers from all over the world in a high-intensive and high-concentrated way within a few days?



Mr. He: I think opportunities and challenges coexist. In fact, it is like a dry run, there may be directors, preparations and plans, and it is not easy to do it well in a short time, while being able to be recognized by experts, designers, and customers so I think it not only represents challenges but also greater opportunities.
